At RONluxuryfashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You must notify us in writing within this period.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused and unworn
Items must be in original condition with tags attached
Items must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Worn items
Altered items
Personalised products
Earrings or intimate wear (unless faulty)
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item is faulty
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos as evidence
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund
Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
We recommend using tracked delivery
We are not responsible for lost return parcels
