During peak periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
International Delivery
Estimated 5–10 business days (depending on destination)
Please note that customs processing may cause delays for international orders.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK:
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply
These charges are the responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
6. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
RONluxuryfashion is not liable for:
Deliveries made to incorrectly supplied addresses
Parcels returned due to incorrect information
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
We will liaise with the courier to investigate
RONluxuryfashion is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather disruption, or customs processing.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt
Provide clear photographs of the packaging and item
We will review and arrange a suitable resolution
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
